Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Andora Shield (the LLM proxy, virtual keys, budgets, and dashboard) and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including agent traffic.
• Optional 2FA and SSO are available per plan.

3. Acceptable use (including agents)

You must not:

• Probe, attack, or disrupt Andora or third-party systems.
• Use the Service to violate AI provider terms or applicable law.
• Intentionally run unbounded agent loops without budgets in a way designed to abuse the Service or upstream providers.
• Resell raw access to the proxy as a competing gateway without written consent.

4. Trials, fees, refunds

• New accounts may receive a 14-day trial of Control features while on Free. No card is required to start Free.
• Paid plan fees are billed in advance as shown at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• Cancel from Billing or by contacting support before renewal to avoid the next charge.

5. DPA and data processing

Where Andora processes personal data as a processor, the DPA (and signed DPA when executed) applies. Sub-processors are listed at /sub-processors.

6. Availability and SLA

Free and Control are provided without a public uptime SLA. Governance customers may receive a written SLA and service credits in their order form. Public status is at /status.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every overrun will be prevented or that upstream providers will always be reachable.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andora's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Andora for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your order form or, if none, by the laws applicable to the Andora contracting entity identified on your invoice. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.
