These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Andora application and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using Andora you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including contact and billing details where applicable.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Attempt to breach or probe Andora or third‑party systems.
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service in a misleading way.
- Use Andora to violate the terms of any connected cloud or AI provider.
4. Integrations & third‑party services
Andora connects to other platforms (for example cloud providers or AI services). Those services are governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
We only act on your behalf using the access you grant us, and we do not claim ownership of any data those providers hold about you.
5. Billing & plans
If you move to a paid plan, fees and billing intervals will be shown in the product. Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel from the Billing section or contact us.
6. Disclaimers
Andora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we design it for financial and operational reliability, we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
- Every cost overrun or anomaly will be detected or prevented.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
