Andora helps teams monitor, understand, and control cloud and AI spend. To provide the product, we collect only the information we need and treat it as if it were our own.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details – name, email address, company name, and role.
  • Product usage – actions you take in the app, such as creating guardrails, integrations, and anomalies.
  • Integrations metadata – which providers you connect (for example AWS or OpenAI), never raw credentials you paste into your own infrastructure.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and maintain the Andora application.
  • To secure access to your account and audit activity.
  • To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymised usage.
  • To communicate important product updates and service notices.

4. Data storage & security

We use reputable cloud providers and industry-standard practices to keep data safe:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all client–server traffic.
  • Role-based access controls for internal tooling.
  • Backups and logging appropriate for a financial product.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to export, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records.
