We bias towards small, senior teams that can ship quickly and own outcomes. You won't be a cog in a large org chart—you'll own core parts of the product and work directly with customers.

Remote-first

We're remote-friendly with core hours for collaboration and regular on-sites for deep work and roadmap planning.

Ownership

Everyone owns a slice of the product and a slice of the company. We optimize for builders, not process.

Customer-first

We work closely with engineering and finance teams at high-growth companies. Tight feedback loops drive the roadmap.

Pragmatic

We pick the simplest thing that works, measure it, and iterate. Clear tradeoffs beat perfect abstractions.
